This is a reference for the vacation property booking services of Carola and Robert Intersimone.
I previously had my property as part of a hotel rental pool and then with a large, local property management company. I got modest monthly income from these. I think they just put the property on their website with other similar properties and then whatever bookings happened and whatever clients concerns happened were handled in a kind of automated way.
Carola and Robert really put their hearts into representing my property. I love decorating and so I have really fixed up my rental property.
They also handle all inquiries, questions and concerns and are right on top of any issues which may arise. They have an excellent cleaning crew and good reliable local handyman and repair technicians.
My monthly income is about double what it used to be and they handle everything, including accounting and the excise tax reporting on a monthly basis.
I am also pleased with the great customer reviews about my property and the guest experience with Carola and Robert.

Ilikai Tower Condo Unforgettable vacation!

The minute I walked into the condo I felt like a Hollywood movie star who is on a shoot in Waikiki.
I loved the classy "Hollywood chic" decor with the fancy wine glasses, mirrors, crystalline lamps, and old school movie posters. Little did I know that Ilikai itself was the one that was featured in Hawaii Five-O!
Add to that one morning running into a Hawaii Five-O crew shooting a scene right at the lagoon that is seen from the lanai. Incredible memories, sunsets and walks along one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and excursions.
The owners were really easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions and requests that I had.
It was truly an unforgettable time.

What a wonderful place! The hosts made it extremely easy to check in and were available for questions at a moments notice the route the entire trip. We loved the condo accommodations and the gorgeous condo itself. It was extremely cozy and had everything you would need - from shampoo to an ironing board. The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning! The bed is comfortable, the couches comfortable and the shower is fantastic! This was the absolute perfect place for my fiance and I to relax on vacation, and prep before my cousin's wedding. Is extremely centrally located and quick walking distance to shopping and food. It's also a very quick Uber for car ride from more expensive shopping. I would 100% recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation spot!

This was the perfect condo to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Waking up to the view of the harbor from our bed was amazing! Robert and Carola were very responsive and if we are blessed with a return visit, we will definitely look into their condo again! Tom and Karen
